Important Information:
Morning information: We have teachers on duty beginning at 7:30. Buses arrive after 7:30. Elementary students are assigned to specific gathering areas when they arrive at school. If you have an emergency and your child occasionally needs to be at school before 7:30, please contact the office so we can arrange temporary supervision until the official time our duty teachers arrive.
Parking information: There is a great deal of student movement between the elementary building and the cafeteria/new gym with students traveling this area at any time of the day. There is a no-parking zone between the buildings during school hours. For your convenience, we have marked areas for visitor parking when you need to be in the elementary building for a short amount of time. If you are staying with us for more than 5-10 minutes, please use other available areas.
Afternoon information: If you have a message for a student, please call the office or directly e-mail the teachers before 2:00 or we cannot guarantee students will receive the message.
What a terrific bunch of mentors we have this year! Your work with our students brightens their days and really makes a difference in their lives. We still have need of help, so if you would like to mentor a student, please contact the office at 754.5577 and we'll give you all the information you need.
Best Practices
Please remember children do their best at school when they've had a good night's sleep, a calm start to their morning, and activity when they get home in the afternoon that allows them to use energy.
Please ask questions about your child's day at school that include what they did in reading, math, science, social studies, music, and PE.
Please contact your child's teacher if you have any questions. We are here to work with you and your child.
